Colleton County School Resource Officer named South Carolina SRO of the Year Bailey Wright © Provided by WCIV Charleston School Resource Officer Deputy Ray Crawford was named South Carolina SRO of the year last week.  Crawford, who works with the Colleton County Sheriff s Office, was presented the award during the South Carolina Association of School Resource Officers convention in Myrtle Beach. He was also named South Carolina Lowcountry SRO. The SRO was recognized for his significant contributions to Colleton s School Resource Officer Division and his hard work and dedication to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment within our schools and community.
