A Bracknell army cadet and beauty queen has been crowned Miss England s first ever Finalist of the Year. Alina Green from Priestwood has won the equivalent of the Miss England title after the prestigious beauty pageant was changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. She said: “I’m thrilled with winning this award and I’d love to use my new title to promote We Do Ethical values…. if one in 4 of us pledged to plant 240 trees today we would become carbon neutral by tomorrow.” Thank you so much for everyone who voted for me and thank you to the judges for choosing me, I can imagine it was a hard decision with so many hard working, amazing girls!
