FAN INFORMATION For Nebraska’s Spring Game!

The Nebraska Athletic Department has released information for fans about the upcoming spring game. The entire release has been cut and pasted below. because I’m not going to re-write it. I am merely being a messenger, getting the word out to as many HUSKER FANS as possible in order to reduce confusion about what’s going on this weekend.
Some key items:
32,500 tickets have been sold. Let’s get our asses in gear here. Get out and enjoy yourselves with other Husker fans. If you’re one of those “they’re going to have to prove it” people, and plan to be negative and crabby, then stay the fuck at home. This is a celebration of fun and togetherness for Big Red Believers, dammit. If you want to be a fun-killing jackass, please just remove yourself from everyone’s presence.
Pitching: RHP TV/Streaming: BTN+ The Nebraska baseball team (18-6) kept its hold on the top spot in the Big Ten standings with a three-game sweep at Penn State last weekend. The Huskers will look to continue their winning ways this weekend when they visit East Lansing, Mich., for a three-game series against the Michigan State Spartans (11-15).
The series opener at McLane Stadium is scheduled for Friday at 4 PM (CT) and it will be carried nationally on the Big Ten Network. The series continues on Saturday at 2 PM and wraps up on Sunday at 11 AM.
The Huskers enter the weekend winners in 13 of their last 15 games and continue to hold a 1/2 game lead over the Michigan Wolverines (18-7) for the top spot in the league. Nebraska is 12-5 away from Lincoln this season, including a 7-2 record in true road games.

BTN to broadcast Spring Game, tickets still available
The Big Ten Network will televise Nebraska’s May 1 Red-White Spring Game presented by FNBO. Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is set for shortly after 1 p.m. CT.

Husker Athletics) The Big Ten Network will televise Nebraska’s May 1 Red-White Spring Game presented by FNBO. Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is set for shortly after 1 p.m. CT. The game can also be heard on the Learfield/IMG College Husker Sports Network with coverage beginning at 11 a.m. CT.
Mobile tickets remain on sale at Huskers.com/tickets for the spring game.
Nebraska’s football spring game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
The May 1 Red-White game is set to begin at 1 pm. It can also be heard on the Learfield/IMG College Husker Sports Network, with pregame beginning at 11 am.
Tickets are still available at Huskers.com where attendance is capped at 50 percent of Memorial Stadium capacity. As of this morning, nearly 30,000 tickets had been sold.
Fans can purchase up to 10 tickets at a price of $10 each.
