UL Softball Projected to Play in State Regional
The Louisiana Ragin Cajuns are projected to be part of an in-state regional featuring four college softball teams from three different states for the 2021 NCAA Regionals.
Earlier this week, Hayden King of College Sports Madness projected Louisiana to play in the Baton Rouge Regional, along with LSU, North Texas, and Jackson St.
Yeah; there is still one weekend remaining in the regular season, before the respective conference tournaments, so a lot can still happen, but we are indeed coming down the home stretch.
The Cajuns are currently 38-9, overall, and 18-2 in Sun Belt Conference play.

After wins over the top two teams in the SEC last week, Arkansas guard Moses Moody was named the SEC Freshman of the Week, the league announced today.
This is the second time Moody has earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors this season. He has also been named the overall SEC Player of the Week twice this season by College Sports Madness.
