OXFORD MAGISTRATES COURT
MOHAMMED SULEIMAN, 18, of Hollow Way, Oxford, was convicted of breaking coronavirus restrictions by participating in a gathering of two or more people indoors on Hollow Way, Oxford on January 23. He was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and court costs of £90.
ROBERT APPLEBY, 30, of Van Diemans Road, Thame, admitted driving without third party insurance on Oxford Road, Banbury on February 4. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.
JOSHUA STOCK, 25, of Hayward Bridge Road, Stadhampton, admitted driving without third party insurance on the A329 Stadhampton on November 15. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

A Coventry man has admitted a string of crimes including being armed with a knuckle duster in the city.
The latest plans approved in the area PLANS have been approved to convert a Bridport town centre property into a guest house. Dorset Council has agreed the conversion of 4 & 4A Folly Mill Lane with a new first floor extension above the kitchen to provide ensuite bathrooms. The applications proposed little change to the external appearance of the buildings. Other local plans approved this week include a a single store rear extension and associated alterations to 2 Wanderwell, Bridport and the change of use for The Beauty Room at Clay Lane, Beaminster to provide medical and health services.
