Carer Support Dorset looks to recruit financial trustees

A CHARITY that supports and advocates for unpaid carers is looking for two financial trustees. Carer Support Dorset is looking to recruit a treasurer and a trustee with financial experience to join their team and ensure the charity operates on a sound and sustainable financial basis and in accordance with legislation so that unpaid carers in the county can continue to be supported. Since the start of the pandemic, the charity has been providing vital services to carers, many of whom have been shielding to protect the person they care for and no longer have some of the respite they will have been used to.
