The national public needs to understand the reality of our most powerful predatory institution called the judiciary. This is where predation reigns supreme and remains unaccountable with judges above the law. The corruption is endemic- America’s justice system is a microcosm of widespread judicial corruption and dysfunction. My book: JUDICIAL CRIMINALS: The greatest Fraud Upon American Society – America’s Legal System was written to compel Michigan state legislators to conduct oversight hearings with citizen testimony.
Then state senators can create legislation to hold judges and their judiciaries accountable and liable to compensate the victims of their abuse of power because all are equal before the law. For example, judges recklessly do wrong to people’s detriment under a doctrine of absolute judicial immunity. Family court judges have become petit tyran-or “miniature dictators,” operating in an environment detached from the rule of law.

Gym teacher Byron “Tanner” Cross told a Loudoun County Public Schools board meeting that he opposed a policy to respect trans students pronouns and names because it is lying and abuse to a child . (YouTube/The Blue Oak Project)
A court has ordered a Virginia school system to reinstate a suspended gym teacher who refused to address trans students by their preferred names and pronouns.
Loudoun County Circuit Court judge James Plowman ruled on Tuesday (8 June) that Byron “Tanner” Cross must be allowed to return to his position until a full trial can be held. He said he granted the temporary injunction because Cross’ rights to free speech and religious liberty are central to the case.

An election in August to allow voters to decide whether a property across from Sequiota Park should be rezoned has been stopped.
Greene County Circuit Court judge, David Jones, decided in favor of a developer Monday in a lawsuit filed by Elevation Enterprises, LLC, according to a news release from the City of Springfield. The developer sued the city and city council to block the election. Voters would have decided whether the property should be rezoned for a 100-unit apartment complex and business development.
The judge found that a zoning referendum process outlined in city charter conflicts with state law.

Walmart and one of its employees denies liability in a shopper’s suit alleging she suffered injuries when she tripped on a barrier placed at one of the entrances to the Wood River store last year.
Defendants Walmart Inc. and Glenn Masterson answered the complaint on April 26 through attorney Rebecca Van Court of DeFranco & Bradley PC in Fairview Heights, denying liability. The suit alleges Masterson operated, owned, managed, or maintained the Wood River Walmart where the alleged fall occurred.
In their affirmative defenses, the defendants argue that plaintiff Helen Forgy-Sawyer caused her own injuries by failing to keep a proper lookout and exercise due care for her own safety.
