Putnam County Health Department was granted judgment against Sean R. Wood, 48, Glendale, Ariz., and Heather L. Wood, 41, Belmore. The defendants have failed to connect their property to the new sanitary system that has been constructed near the property. The health department was authorized to abandon the old sanitary system located on the property and to connect the property to the new sanitary system. Costs was ordered to be assessed to the tax duplicate of property. The defendants are ordered to pay the court costs and if they fail to pay the court costs, cost shall be assessed to the tax duplicate.

LISBON Brandon M. Huff, 26, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, the man charged with three felony counts of vandalism for water damage at the county jail and sheriff’s office, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Judge Katelyn Dickey in County Municipal Court on Thursday afternoon. Huff, who remains incarcerated at the county jail, appeared by video and was bound over to the Common Pleas Court grand jury. On Dec. 25, Huff is accused of damaging a sprinkler system spray head in his jail cell, which caused damage to the conceal carry weapons room, the IT room, two detectives’ rooms and several pods and an office at the jail.

Kory D. Inglis, 26, 351 Ertel Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 11 months in prison and 14 months in prison for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report to his supervising officer, failing to comply with counseling and treatment, failing to maintain employment, and using various illegal drugs including fentanyl. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 242 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation to the corrections department. He was originally convicted of forgery (uttering) and receiving stolen property.

Patrick W. Doyle, Pandora, and Tammy S. Doyle, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 14, 2019 in Ottawa and have no children.

Juan R. Coronado, 26, 410 Mill St., Leipsic; endangering children and telecommunications harassment, a misdemeanor.
Quinn P. Kaufman, 29, 231 Riverview Drive, Ottawa; felonious assault.
Joshua W. Bowers, 34, 500 Main St., Apt. 2, Columbus Grove; felonious assault and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Travis T. Tapia, 33, 9952 State Route 109, Ottawa; domestic violence.
Donald J. Shartell, 55, 15330 Road 5N, Pandora; felonious assault and assault.
David J. Cole, 49, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic; vandalism.
Christopher R. Barton, 34, 9842 Road 19, Cloverdale; grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Dilyn A. Warnimont, 23, 214 S. Williams St., Apt. 11, Paulding; grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance and theft from a person in a protected class.
