Cruz’s office did not respond to multiple requests for comment on the pictures, which show Cruz standing in an airport with luggage and boarding a plane. David Shuster, a former MSNBC anchor tweeted the photo late Wednesday and wrote, “Just confirmed @SenTedCruz and his family flew to Cancún tonight for a few days at a resort they ve visited before.
