Atlantic City Man Indicted on Felony Murder, Robbery Charges
A grand jury has handed-up an indictment against 23 year-old Keshawn T. Faulkner of Atlantic City for a fatal shooting last summer.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says Faulkner has been indicted on felony murder, robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose charges.

Tyner s office says on the morning of Wednesday, August 12th, Atlantic City Police received a 911 call reporting a shooting. Officers responded to the Madison Hotel on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and located 25-year-old Wayne Brown on the 11th floor with an apparent gunshot wound. Faulkner was taken into custody several days after the shooting.
Prosecutor Charges Hammonton Man With Sex Offenses Against Girl
A Hammonton man is accused of multiple sexual offenses against a woman that began when the woman was 11, and continued through the age of 19.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says Dan Bocelle was arrested by SWAT team members Monday afternoon after he pulled his car into his driveway. He was taken into custody without incident.
Bocelle is charged with 1st degree Aggravated Sexual Assault and 5 additional sexual assault related charges. Search warrants executed at Bocelle’s house, place of business and vehicle yielded multiple cell phones, electronic devices, steroids and a large amount of cash.
A Galloway Township man and a Pleasantville man have been indicted on charges of first degree strict liability for a drug related death in connection to a fatal overdose of 59-year-old Anthony Tamburelli in 2018.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says 24-year-old Oshshakkur Derrick has been charged with felony murder, kidnapping, unlawful possession of a weapon, attempted robbery, robbery, and attempted murder.
Authorities say in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 22nd, the Atlantic City Police Department received a 911 call about a man who had been shot in a home on the 100 block of N. Pennsylvania Ave. When they arrived, they found 36-year-old Jose Ortiz of Egg Harbor Township suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center-City Campus where he was pronounced dead.
Pleasantville Man Indicted on Narcotics Distribution Charges
An Atlantic County Grand Jury has handed up an indictment against a man from Pleasantville on drug charges.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner says 42-year-old Eric Paige has been indicted on possession with the intent to distribute cocaine (1st degree), possession of cocaine (3rd degree), and money laundering (3rd degree) charges.
Tyner s office says back in March, members of the Atlantic County HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Task Force; Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Unit; and the Pleasantville Police Department executed multiple search warrants at Paige’s home in Pleasantville, at storage units, and for vehicles after he was arrested in connection with a drug investigation. Authorities say detectives recovered approximately 9.6 ounces of cocaine along with narcotic packaging and distribution materials; cops also seized over $66,000 cash and Paige’s BMW X5.
