The Leader
At a time when many businesses are struggling amid the COVID-19 pandemic, The Butcher’s Son on Corning s Market Street has been a massive success in its first month of operation, and has big plans going forward.
“Everything has been great right now, and we only see it getting better,” said owner Cameron Matthews.
Community reaction to Butcher s Son, a shop offering fresh lunch options and locally sourced, hand-cut meats that opened Dec. 1, has been very positive.
“The feedback has been really great,” he said. “People have been super receptive here and we have a lot of great returning customers.”
