The conference will be held in Houston. It is aimed to “educate and inspire college students with the principles of individual freedom, a free-market economy, a strong national defense, and traditional values,” according to the group’s website.
Pence was announced as the Ronald Reagan Presidential Scholar for the conservative group in February.
In this role, he is slated to start a podcast, write a monthly op-ed and speak at conferences and colleges.
Pence has recently been ramping up his speaking engagements since he left office in January.
Pence will be the keynote speaker for the Hillsborough County Republican Party s annual Lincoln dinner in New Hampshire in June.

A bill seeking to make Washington, D.C. the 51st state has passed in the House. The Democrat-led proposal will head to the Senate after it pushed through in 216-to-208 vote on Thursday.
