Pre-deceased by his wife Patsy, grand-daughter Caroline, brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted by his daughter Denise, son Michael, son-in-law Jimmy, daughter-in-law Anita, grandchildren Margaret, Ryan, Emily Ciarán and Lily, his niece Carol, grand-niece Leeanne, relatives, good neighbours and many friends. RIP.
Due to goverment and HSE guidelines a private family funeral will take place.
Private removal from his residence on Saturday morning at 11.20 (travelling down Templemore Rd., Convent Hill, Rosemary Sq. and in through the Belfry) for Funeral Mass at 12.00 (50 people only).
Burial afterwards in the adjoining new cemetery.

A Waterford councillor is questioning the wisdom of a traffic management system put in place to facilitate a development that may not happen.
One-way systems direct traffic from the city centre along Hennessy’s road and out onto Bunkers (Manor) Hill.
Three sets of traffic lights on the hill add to the bottleneck and can cause long delays at times.
Local Cllr Frank Quinlan says the hold-ups are resulting in huge frustration for motorists.
“In the area of Poleberry, Newgate Street, Convent Hill, Browns Lane and up through the Applemarket- everyone is merging onto Bunkers hill.

Mobile St Patrick Replaces Parade In Killaloe

THERE will be no official St Patrick’s Day Parade in the twin communities of Killaloe and Ballina for the second year in a row due to Covid-19 restrictions.
However, Killaloe community volunteer, Eddie O’Gorman has decided to organise a mobile St Patrick for the benefit of local children who can’t look forward to the traditional St Patrick’s Day parade.

Evelyn’s Funeral Mass will be for family and relatives only (10 people).
Private removal on Saturday from her residence at 11.30 (travelling in the Templemore Rd, down the Convent Hill, into Rosemary Sq. and in through the Belfry), arriving in St. Cronan’s Church, Roscrea for Funeral Mass at 12.00.
