UPDATE: 8.30AM: A young man has been charged with two counts of murder among several other offences after two men were allegedly shot dead at Caboolture. Police were called to a set of units on Lower King Street about 5.15pm on Saturday and located two men suffering from gunshot wounds. The two men, aged 23 and 37, were pronounced dead and a crime scene was established. Witnesses told police a man was allegedly seen leaving the area in a Toyota Yaris. Police arrived at a unit complex on Lower King Street in Caboolture at about 5:15pm after reports of multiple gunshots.
Officers found two men, a 23-year-old and 37-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both men were later pronounced deceased.
Detective Superintendent Ben Fadian said police were still trying to work out a motive for the shooting.

A suspected gunman has been charged after two people were allegedly killed in a double shooting at a Queensland townhouse.
The men, aged 23 and 37, were allegedly gunned down at the complex on Lower King Street at Caboolture, north of Brisbane, at 5.30pm on Saturday.
Paramedics found the men lying at the front of the complex and transported them to Caboolture Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
The suspected gunman, 24, remained on the run for several hours before he was arrested at Cornubia, about 80 kilometres away, at 9pm.

Detectives have charged a 27-year-old man with attempted murder after he allegedly drove over a woman repeatedly during a backyard burnout in Caboolture, north of Brisbane overnight.
Police said just after 11:00pm the man attended a Namatjia Court address in a white Nissan Patrol, and performed a burnout in the backyard.
