House panel to scrutinise CIC, state information commissions SECTIONS Share Synopsis This is the first such parliamentary scrutiny of the functioning of the transparency watchdogs. So far, CIC has submitted annual reports to ministry of personnel, public grievances and pensions, the nodal ministry for RTI-related issues.
