The bail application of Nafiz Modack and five others on racketeering charges has been postponed again.
His laywer is bringing an application for the State to give him the finer details of the sprawling allegations against him.
The State is however holding its cards close to its chest saying these would only be available once the investigation wraps up.
The bail application of alleged Cape crime boss Nafiz Modack was mired in a flurry of paperwork demanding the finer details of the case the State is building against him and his co-accused.
Modack s presence in the dock of the Blue Downs Regional Court on Friday was under close police guard. Modack and his co-accused face an array of charges include murder, attempted murder, money laundering, corruption and gang activity.
Murder-accused and alleged underworld kingpin, Nafiz Modack, claims the 62 charges he faces, including murder and money laundering, are “vague and confusing”, and has demanded that the prosecution provide him with access to evidence.
Modack appeared in court alongside his murder co-accused Zane Killian, with police officers in tactical gear and armed with assault rifles stationed inside the courtroom.

CAPE TOWN - Three men linked to the assassination of Western Cape detective Charl Kinnear is expected to start a bid for bail on Friday.
Debt collector Zane Kilian, Nafiz Modack and one of their alleged associates, Ricardo Morgan, appeared before the Blue Downs Regional Court on Monday.

CAPE TOWN - The magistrate presiding over a case against alleged crime boss Nafiz Modack could get additional security after he was wounded in a shooting.
Delft based lieutenant colonel Koliswa Vani was killed in the same shooting at a carwash in Mfuleni on Sunday.
Her three-year-old grandson was wounded along with two other people.
The Department of Justice Development on Monday said Magistrate A Mashala was shot at and lieutenant colonel Vani was unfortunately killed when gunmen opened fire.
