Article content Thirteen more deaths due to COVID-19 were reported by public health officials on Sunday, six linked to outbreaks at personal care homes and health care facilities in Winnipeg and Grandview, Man. That brings the number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic to 569, including 257 since the beginning of December and over 500 since Halloween. Among the deaths were: a man in his 70s and women in her 90s linked to the outbreak at Charleswood Care Centre; a man in his 30s linked to outbreak at St. Amant; a woman in her 70s linked to Holy Family Home; a woman in her 80s linked to GA3 unit at Health Sciences Centre; and a woman in her 70s linked to the Grandview Personal Care Home. As well, a woman in her 50s from the Northern health region, a man in in his 90s from Southern Health, and a woman in her 40s, two men in their 70s, and a woman and a man in their 80s, all from Winnipeg.
