(TALI Institute) on March 8, 2021. Frazier will be leaving his current role as senior vice president of Community Affairs at Highmark Health in early March. This transition follows the receipt of a Richard King Mellon Foundation grant in December of 2020 to support TALI s expansion into an institute. It was Frazier s early vision as founding director, along with guidance from TALI s Executive Committee, that launched The Advanced Leadership Initiative in 2018. The grant, which was approved in early December, will propel TALI forward in its mission to advance the presence of African Americans in executive leadership roles by helping to establish The Advanced Leadership Institute, Inc. (TALI Institute). The new funds will be utilized to build the team and infrastructure for TALI Institute to expand its capacity and impact, both locally and nationally.
