CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas â The Corpus Christi Independent School District has altered its calendar to provide additional collaborative time during the rest of the school year.
The school calendar now has three more days where students will learn remotely - Feb. 15, April 1 and May 28.
The district said it understands that additional asynchronous (remote) days may inconvenience some of our families, but they are confident that supporting their teachers during this difficult time ultimately will benefit its students.
The district says barring needs due to the pandemic or unexpected weather days, it no further plans to adjust the 2020-2021 school calendar.
