The National Weather Service office in Riverton is projecting that many areas of Wyoming, including Fremont County, will see a bit more snowfall throughout the day Monday.
Most spots will accumulate less than an inch total. Areas in the Wind River Canyon and Togwotee Pass could see an additional 1-2 inches of snowfall today.

Temperatures will remain chilly early this week. The majority of the county and state will reach the mid-20’s this afternoon before dipping back down to single digit or below zero lows.
Chilly temperatures, breezy winds and light snowfall Monday is helping the ice and snow stick around.
Higher elevations like Togwotee Pass and South Pass are listed as slick by the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Meanwhile, the Wind River Canyon and Thermopolis area is expected to see a couple inches of new snowfall throughout Monday.
