NEW CONCORD – What’s an empty nester to do? For Cindy Rhodes, the answer was obvious - run the Empty Nest Bookshop.
“The bookshop is my happy place,” she explained. “It’s so rewarding, not only to work with books, but to interact with the customers and friends who also love reading and books. I’ve met so many wonderful people in the community. It makes me happy to be able to spark the joy of reading for both young and old through my shop.”
