The Bench is a children s book written about the special bond between father and son, seen through a mother’s eyes. According to royal journalist Victoria Murphy, quoting the Duchess herself, the rhyming book started as a poem Meghan wrote for Harry shortly after Archie was born. The Bench started as a poem I wrote for my husband on Father’s Day, the month after Archie was born. That poem became this story, said Meghan Markle. My hope is that The Bench resonates with every family, no matter the makeup, as much as it does with mine.

“I didn’t know at the time exactly how I would feel in my body at that stage,” she says. “My lack of knowledge about the changes your body goes through… That all made it very challenging when you’re being very physical while growing a life inside of you.”
The actress says dealing with those changes which included fluctuations with her breathing and body temperature was a “massive… undertaking” in itself.
“So to add on top of that an extremely physical [acting] role, it was super challenging,” she says. “I learned a lot about myself through that.”
Tess Holliday is opening up about her struggles with an eating disorder.
In an open post on social media, the 35-year-old model revealed that she suffers from anorexia and is currently in recovery.
“I’m anorexic and in recovery. I’m not ashamed to say it out loud anymore,”
Tesswrote. “I’m the result of a culture that celebrates thinness and equates that to worth, but I get to write my own narrative now. I’m finally able to care for a body that I’ve punished my entire life and I am finally free.”
She also called out her haters in another post on Instagram, with a targeted message to those who continue to comment about her weight.
