Ms Parot has over 35 years of experience working for leading engineering and consulting companies providing services to the largest mining projects in Latin America in the areas of environment, sustainability and mine waste management. For the last 15 years she worked with Canada-based global firm Golder Associates ( Golder ), retiring as Vice President of Latin America in South America for six years and Managing Director in Chile for two years before that.
