Richard Sherman arrested after break-in attempt at in-laws home Field Level Media 15 Jul 2021, 09:19 GMT+10 Free agent cornerback Richard Sherman was arrested in Redmond, Wash., early Wednesday morning after attempting to break into his in-laws house. Per public records, Sherman was booked at 6:08 a.m. local time for burglary domestic violence at King County Correctional Facility in Seattle. The case is being investigated as a felony. Redmond police chief Darrell Lowe confirmed during a press conference Wednesday that Sherman did not harm anyone. His case included the domestic violence citation because of the familial relation to the occupants of the home he tried to enter. Some damage was done to the front door.
