Rantz: Seattle judge releases suspect after admitting to vandalism during Antifa mob

A Seattle judge released a suspect who allegedly admitting to being responsible for vandalizing a Starbucks during Antifa’s violent mob on inauguration night. He didn’t even face a modest bail amount.
Police say 33-year-old Justin Christopher Moore admitted “that he smashed the windows and entered the Starbucks to earn the trust of the others in the group.” Moore confessed after being read his Miranda warning, according to the police report.
It’s unclear if he’s an active participant in past Antifa or other agitator violence. His last known address is listed in Lake Elsinore, California.
SEATTLE – The King County Prosecutor’s Office filed two felony child pornography charges Wednesday against former Seattle Seahawks Security Manager Aaron Miyasato. Court documents show Miyasato has been charged with dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree and possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree. Miyasato is being held on a $50,000 bail.

The office of Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes released a prolific offender after an assault arrest with no charges. That suspect then nearly stomped a separate man to death just a few hours later with kicks “so forceful and loud” a witness heard it from inside a car.
Holmes’ office blames “proof issues” for denying an original charge against the suspect. But the incident report reveals a different story.
This is the latest in a long list of cases highlighting the city’s light-on-crime approach that will get someone killed. Holmes bears the responsibility. How many victims must Holmes create before he does the honorable thing and steps down?

As Seattle crimes surge, one district judge released a pair of dangerous suspects without even requiring bail. One is a repeat offender.
Judge Lisa Paglisotti is a proponent of giving criminals second chances. It seems that may extend to suspects accused of flooding our neighborhoods with deadly drugs or firing illegally obtained weapons.
And in Seattle, a “second chance” is usually code for endless opportunities to re-offend and victimize innocent Seattleites.
