SEATTLE – The King County Prosecutor’s Office filed two felony child pornography charges Wednesday against former Seattle Seahawks Security Manager Aaron Miyasato. Court documents show Miyasato has been charged with dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree and possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree. Miyasato is being held on a $50,000 bail.

The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has filed a first-degree robbery charge against Aaron David Pearl, a man accused of an unprovoked attack on a stranger in Ballard.
The victim was beaten until he was semi-conscious. His wallet and keys were stolen. The victim’s injuries were so severe he could not recall the incident, even though he called 911.
The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office asked a judge to hold the defendant in jail on $100,000 for the unprovoked attack. A judge agreed. He remains in jail.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sanctioned the attorneys for King County and Deputy Sheriff Cesar Molina after they filed multiple impractical appeals in a case filed by the family of Tommy Lee, The Seattle Times reported Thursday.
