The court proceeding is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the court in Utica.
Clark, 22, of Cicero, is facing a sentence of up to 25 years to life in prison after admitting in court in February that he killed Bianca Devins, of Utica. He later tried to withdraw his guilty plea, but Judge Michael Dwyer ruled last October that he couldn’t.
Clark was charged with second-degree murder after police and the Oneida County district attorney’s office said he cut Devin’s throat after the two returned from a concert in New York City. He then posted grisly photographs of her body online, which were sent to the family via social media.

UTICA Brandon Clark was sentenced today to 25 years to life in prison for the shocking internet murder of Bianca Devins, 17, in July 2019.
Composed but fighting tears in Oneida County Court, Kim Devins, the victim’s mother, spoke about the incredible sense of loss she has felt.
Clark, 22, and Bianca Devins had attended a concert in New York City, and after returning to Utica Clark slashed Bianca’s throat and posted grisly photos of her bloody body on social media sites.
