Gaffer: ‘We’ve given away three points’ Share article:
QPR boss Mark Warburton reflected on three points dropped after the R’s surrendered a one-goal lead to lose 2-1 late on at Birmingham City.
In what was hardly a classic encounter, Rangers looked to be well on their way to victory after hitting the front through Charlie Austin in the 44th minute.
There was to be late drama, though, with Kristian Pedersen (82 minutes) and Alen Halilovic (85) giving the struggling hosts a first home win since October.
“We managed to get ourselves in at half-time 1-0 up in what was a really scrappy game,” Warburton told www.qpr.co.uk.
