La judoca española Cristina Cabaña quedó eliminada este martes en los octavos de final de la categoría de -63 kilos de los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio tras no poder sorprender a la eslovena Tina Trstenjak, número dos del mundo y oro en Río de Janeiro hace cinco años.
La extremeña, de 28 años y debutante en una cita olímpica, logró la segunda victoria para el judo nacional en el tatami del Nippon Budokan de la capital japonesa, donde sólo Julia Figueroa había podido sumar un triunfo, pero no pudo ir más allá ante una de las grandes favoritas a la medalla.
