Twenty-seven-year-old William Kyle Swartz’s bond is $5,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court Tuesday. Probable cause statements accuse William Swartz and 28-year-old Thomasa Kristina Swartz of Trenton of allowing three children to live in unsanitary conditions that can cause health risk to household members under the age of seven. The couple allegedly allowed trash and debris to pile up in the house, which led to the infestation of mice and mice droppings.

(Image via Google Maps) SENECA, IL A 36-year-old man who lived in Galesburg died Sunday morning after authorities discovered his crash around 7 a.m. in Grundy County. The wreck happened near West Bluff Road and West Route 6 in the Seneca area. An ambulance rushed the driver, Clarence Collier, to the emergency room at Morris Hospital where he was pronounced dead, the Grundy County Coroner s Office announced. Preliminary investigation shows the decedent was traveling on West Route 6, when for an unknown reason lost control of his vehicle. The death remains under investigation by Callahan s office, the Seneca Police Department and Grundy County Sheriff s Office, Sunday s news release stated.
