N.J.’s economic recovery must include Black-owned business | Opinion

State Senator Troy Singleton says that as we rebuild New Jersey’s economy following the economic devastation caused by the pandemic, we must ensure that the recovery is inclusive of Black and other minority-owned businesses, which have been ignored, left behind, or left out of economic prosperity in the past.
