And the USDA is investing in 16 Michigan projects, 4 of which are in the U.P. They include: 2) The City of Kingsford 3) The City of Iron Mountain And 4) The City of Norway Maxson said “The Biden-Harris Administration has made investing in infrastructure improvements a priority” adding that “They also will help rural communities continue to beat the COVID-19 pandemic as America builds back better and stronger.”
