Decreasing electricity use in Flintshire and Wrexham households can help save ourselves from catastrophe

Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy data reveals that Flintshire families consumed 3,607 kilowatt hours (kWh) on average in 2019 – the equivalent of running around eight fridge-freezers each over the year. That was 8.6 per cent down from 3,948 kWh in 2015 – more than the Wales’s average drop of 7.7 per cent over the period. Likewise, in Wrexham, figures show families consumed 3,513 kilowatt hours (kWh) on average in 2019.
