A Christchurch woman spent thousands of dollars on civil court action to get a sex tape removed from the internet after it was posted without her permission. Despite winning the case, police - who have been investigating for six months - are yet to decide whether the man will face criminal charges for publishing footage and photos on multiple porn websites behind the woman s back.

Denise Robinson-Winskill was in the sheep pen taking some photographs of a newborn lamb when her husband, Jon Winskill, beckoned her over to help. It was about 7.30pm, October 23, 2013. The 56-year-old spraying contractor was on his truck, a 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser flat deck, filling the tanks with water, and needed his wife to turn the valve tap off. Denise, 58, wearing pyjamas, gumboots and a raincoat, struggled but managed to turn it off.
