Article content NORTH GRENVILLE Four individuals have been charged in connection with a large gathering held in Kemptville earlier this month to protest the province-wide COVID-19 lockdown, Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police said Thursday. Provincial police responded to the event outside South Branch Bistro on Clothier Street East on April 8. An estimated 200 people were in attendance. Officials from the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit as well as the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and North Grenville By-law Services also attended.
