Dallas-based owner buys a high-profile McKinney shopping center McKinney Marketplace is on U.S. 75 near S.H. 121. McKinney Marketplace is anchored by a Kohl s department store.(JLL ) A high-profile North Texas shopping center has changed hands. The McKinney Marketplace retail center is on U.S. Highway 75 in McKinney. Built in 2000, the almost 119,000-square-foot property is anchored by a Kohl’s department store and is more than 96% leased. Other retailers in the center include Dollar Tree, Cato and Wendy’s. There’s also an adjacent Albertson’s supermarket that’s under different ownership.
