Meanwhile, Norfolk County has announced that Meneses will serve as the single-tier municipality’s new CAO, starting Sept. 20.
Georgian Bluffs Mayor Dwight Burley, in the township’s news release, thanks Meneses, who has served as the township’s CAO since Dec. 14, 2020, for his “dedication, passion and effort” during his time with the municipality.
“He has tackled large, ongoing projects and greatly assisted council in moving the township forward. He will be missed by all. We wish him all the best and success in his new role,” Burley said.
