THE FIRST VICTIM IN 2019. HE OFFERED A WOMAN A RIDE FROM THE CIRCLE K AND DROVE TO AN ABANDONED BUILDING AND DRAGGED THE VICTIM INTO THE BUILDING. HE FORCIBLY RAPED HER THERE. IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR, A 39-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FROM WESTCHESTER REPORTED A SEX ASSAULT. THE VICTIM TOLD POLICE A MAN FORCED HER INTO HIS CAR AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER.
