WORCESTER Large white tents were set up on Worcester Common Monday, as film crews readied to shoot scenes of Showtime s Dexter in the city.
The series featuring Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan, a blood-splatter expert who moonlights as a serial killer who usually only kills rival serial killers, has been filmed at a few locations in Central Mass.
Scenes are expected to be shot Tuesday in downtown Worcester.
In order to prepare for filming and facilitate staging for equipment trucks in Worcester, parking will be restricted on several downtown streets including parts of Front and Franklin streets.
