SaaS Tech Provider Datasite Completes Agreement to be Acquired By International Private Equity Firm CapVest December 23, 2020 @ 1:33 pm By Samantha Hurst Datasite, a U.S.-based SaaS technology provider for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professionals, announced on Wednesday it has completed its agreement to be acquired by funds managed by CapVest Partners LLP, an international private equity firm. Datasite reported that the transaction, which was first announced on October 19th, is expected to fuel its continued growth. The company reported that last year it increased its revenue by more than 30%, as it facilitated close to 10,000 deals on its platform. Datasite’s applications include the following:

Wicked Local PLYMOUTH – When the pandemic hit and schools closed last March, leaders of the Boys & Girls Club of Plymouth feared for the worst, but recognized their unique opportunity to help. Taking stock of resources and embracing their mission to serve children, Director Garreth Lynch and his team answered the governor’s call to offer childcare so first responders could do their jobs during the health crisis.
