The Canadian hit show Schitt’s Creek is once again in the spotlight after a Toronto producer’s Christmas supercut went viral, getting attention from star Dan Levy himself.
Calum Shanlin, the show s lead digital producer, posted the video to his Instagram on December 12, which to date has gathered 198,000 views. I’d always wanted to try and use show dialogue to re-create a song. With the time of year and Mariah’s undeniable connection to the show, I thought it made sense! he told BlogTO.

There Are Two Days Left To Dial-A-Carol
It sort of sounds like it could be an opportunity to get in trouble with your wife, but it s not that. Dial this number and the person on the other end will sing you your very own Christmas carol. Because why not!
It s been a tradition for a select group of college students for 60 years, and there are two days left to be part of the festivities this season.
Dial-A-Carol has been hosted by Snyder Hall at the University of Illinois since 1960, and phones have been ringing off the hook for the past week. The school says anyone from around the world can call its phone lines to hear classic holiday songs and it s completely free.

, Mariah Carey s signature holiday hit, All I Want for Christmas Is You, has returned to the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Are we surprised? No. Are we nonetheless elated? Absolutely. Carey s seasonal hit being back on top is a repeat feat after all. The holiday anthem hit number one for the first time last year 25 years after its original 1994 release.
Carey took to Twitter yesterday to respond to the news. WOW! I truly wasn t expecting this at all!! Eternally grateful for the enduring success of this song, she wrote.
