Crudwell Primary School in Malmesbury has managed to salvage it s Christmas Fair from the ruins of Covid-19. The school s Christmas Committee of just six volunteers came together to reinvent the popular annual event by coming up with a month of different things to do. The month kicked off with a bedtime stories event followed by a 12 days of Christmas Treasure Hunt around Crudwell Village. There are four competitions featuring guest judges, including a Your Winter 2020 photography contest, best dressed Christmas tree, cutest festive pet and best creative cake decoration. There is also an enticing silent auction and raffle with prizes donated by local people and businesses.
