A ten-year-old girl who donated four organs receives honor in the Rose Parade event. Her family had difficulty, but they decided to donate her organs to the people in need after their daughter died in an accident.
According to KFSN, Francine Salazar got into an accident in August 2019. She was with her family when she was on her way to get ice cream. Suddenly, a speeding driver crashed into their van after it blew a stop sign.
The family decided to donate the child s organs
The fifth-grader was moved to a local hospital and died three days later. While they had difficulty at first, her family finally decided to donate her organs to help others in need. Salazar s mom, Hannah, told the Visalia Times-Delta that they knew they made the right decision.
Crossroads Family Receives Shopping Spree for Christmas
One Crossroads family had their holiday brightened up this year. The Jones family of four was hand-picked to receive a shopping spree on December 23rd.
Many people have felt some extra stress this year, but some families in our community have been hit harder than others. One business in the Crossroads felt the desire to lift some extra burden off of one deserving family in the community.
Kimberlite Homes announced on their Facebook earlier this month that they would be hosting the Christmas Wishlist 2020 event. The winner would receive an all-inclusive shopping spree at the local Target.

A neighbor pretends to be a fairy for a lonely toddler after seeing that the child created a fairy garden. In secret, she acted to be a fairy for almost one year.
Kelly Victoria saw that a little girl built her fairy garden near a tree. She saw how lonely the toddler was, so she tried to help brighten up her day. She found a note in the garden written by the girl that said how she wanted to spread some cheer for the people around it.
The fairy garden has cheered up thousands of neighbors
