An area two-day event taking place this weekend at the Christian County Event Center will benefit mission work in the country of Haiti.
Publicity Director Chris Hostetler says the event begins with a catfish dinner and silent auction that begin at 4:00, with Saturday events starting at 6:00 with a buffet breakfast. Hostetler says the food will be donation only.
