Hopkinsville woman hurt in Greenville Road accident

A single-vehicle accident Wednesday morning on Greenville Road injured the driver. The collision report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office says Jacquelin Napolski of Hopkinsville was headed south in the 9800 block of Greenville Road about 10:30 a.m. when a dog kennel in the front seat fell forward and she attempted to reposition it. Third suspect arrested for disappearance of man last seen in Oak Grove

Hopkinsville, KY, USA / WHOP 1230 AM | News Radio Jan 14, 2021 7:36 PM The third suspect sought in connection with a missing Clarksville man who was lasts seen in Oak Grove has been arrested. Kentucky State Police say 22-year old Marquell Devont’e Sims of Oak Grove turned himself in at the Christian County Sheriff’s Office and he’s charged with first-degree robbery and assault and kidnapping. As previously reported, Justin Tyler Sawyer was last seen December 17 at the Shell Station on KY 115 in Oak Grove and Clarksville police said last month that foul play was suspected. Investigation by KSP and CPD led to the arrest on January 5 of 20-year old Dawuan Davis of Clarksville for the same charges as Sims.  He was located at an apartment on Mandarin Drive in Oak Grove and lodged in the Christian County Jail.

Teen robbery suspect sentenced to prison with work release

One Oak Grove man and a Clarksville man were both arrested on Jan. 5 and 7 in connection to a Clarksville missing person case, according to a Kentucky State Police press release. The release states the Clarksville Police Department requested KSP’s assistance in locating Justin T. Sawyer, who was reported missing from Clarksville on Dec. 17. Through investigation, KSP detectives and CPD discovered at least three individuals were responsible for Sawyer’s disappearance and believed death, the release states. Through that investigation, troopers were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Dawuan Davis, 20, Clarksville, on Jan. 5 for charges of first-degree robbery, kidnapping (with serious physical injury) and first-degree assault.
