-Buffalo: The Bills did it! They have won the New England Invitational Division and made it into the playoffs again!
Buffalo secured its first AFC East title since 1995. I wasn’t even born yet! And here’s the kicker: They will get a couple thousand fans in attendance for the game!

On Tuesday Alabama wide-receiver Devonta Smith was announced as the 2020 Heisman Trophy winner. Throughout college football history there have been many to win the Heisman and also have their team win the National Championship. 1. Mark Ingram- Running Back (Alabama)- In 2009, Ingram had a phenomenal season for the Crimson Tide. Rushing for an impressive 1,542 yards and 15 touchdowns as a sophomore while catching 30 passes for 322 yards and 3 touchdowns. The biggest part of Ingram winning, was being the first Alabama player to win the coveted trophy. In the National Championship game Ingram rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries to lift Alabama past Texas in the BCS National Championship game.

Jahmyr Gibbs (Dalton, Ga./Dalton) was named the second-team all-purpose back on
The Athletic’s 2020 college football freshman all-America team, which was released on Tuesday.
One of the nation’s most dynamic true freshmen, Gibbs led Georgia Tech in all-purpose yards (968) and scoring (seven TDs) and ranked second on the team in rushing yards (460), rushing touchdowns (4), receptions (3), receiving yards (303) and touchdown receptions (3), compiling the gaudy numbers in just six-and-a-half games this season. He also averaged a gaudy 25.6 yards per kickoff return (which would have ranked second in the Atlantic Coast Conference and 22
nd nationally if he had enough attempts to qualify for the NCAA’s official statistical rankings). Earlier on Tuesday, Gibbs was named an honorable-mention all-ACC selection as a return specialist.
THE FLATS – Punter
Pressley Harvin III (Alcolu, S.C./Sumter) became only the second Georgia Tech football student-athlete in the last eight seasons to earn first-team all-Atlantic Coast Conference recognition when the ACC announced its 2020 all-conference teams on Tuesday morning.
In addition to Harvin being named first-team all-conference, senior linebacker
David Curry (Buford, Ga./Buford) and true freshman running back
Jahmyr Gibbs (Dalton, Ga./Dalton) received honorable-mention all-ACC recognition as a return specialist.
Harvin was a landslide selection for first-team all-ACC honors, receiving 161 total points in balloting by a voting pool that included the conference’s head coaches and selected media. Only three student-athletes in the entire league received more points than Harvin – Clemson quarterback and ACC Player of the Year Trevor Lawrence, Clemson wide receiver Amari Rodgers and North Carolina wide receiver Dyami Brown.
