She is preparing to visit a border state on Friday
But she s headed north, not south; she ll visit New Hampshire
While New Hampshire is on the border with Canada, the vice president s visit will be in the center of the state
In North Carolina she said infrastructure plan would bring good jobs A good job allows people the freedom to build the life you want to reach as high as you want to aspire, she said
She ll also visit a factory that builds electric buses
