Drug dealer jailed after impersonating Connor McGregor

1/1 A DRUG dealer who tried to impersonate a famous MMA fighter and told police he was called Connor has been jailed. Mark Nye, 34, of Yeoman Drive in Stanwell, Surrey, has been sentenced to two years and nine months behind bars. He pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply class A drugs, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. Nye was stopped by Surrey Police officers in Stanwell on February 11 and was arrested after trying to discard class A drugs and two mobile phones he had on him. The 34-year-old gave officers false details when he was pulled over. He told them he was called Connor and also had several hundred business cards, which he used to front his drug dealing, with the name McGregor Enterprise written on the front.
