A man that was wanted in connection to an early morning shooting in Giles County is now in custody, according to the dispatchers.
Authorities said that Billy Martin, 44, was found in Pembroke.
The shooting that Martin was wanted in connection to remains under investigation, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Update: The shooting suspect involved in the high-speed last night has been identified.
According to deputies, 25-year-old Adam Taylor of Toney, is charged with attempting to elude, reckless driving, and second-degree assault. Officials tell WAFF Taylor is being held in the Limestone County Detention Center, and no bond has been set.
Deputies say Taylor could be facing additional charges for possession of a firearm that was recovered from his vehicle. Taylor is also facing additional charges in Giles County, Tennessee.

The Giles County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a murder-suicide that left a husband and wife dead on Christmas Eve.
At about 4:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office received a call for a well-being check at 206 Risley Circle in Glen Lyn. When deputies arrived 30 minutes later, they were unable to make contact with the residents and entered the home.
They found a deceased man and woman in two separate bedrooms. 60-year-old Diane May Clayburn was found with a gunshot wound while 54-year-old Eric Todd Clyburn was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
