A young man who exposed himself and chased a teenage girl dodged jail – after protests that he was just innocently urinating during the incident. Remorseless Alan Murphy, 22, was told he had an issue with denial after the incident only minutes from his own house after he appeared for sentencing last week for intentionally exposing genitals for another person to see without their consent. Court papers state Murphy, of Church Street, Kilwinning, intentionally engaged in the sexual activity in the presence of the 17-year-old victim in Shavian Terrace and Blacklands Avenue back in July 21, 2020. The complaint states Murphy pursued the complainer and then repeatedly exposed his member and pleasured himself.
